Ans: Fancy numbers are special, often unique, registration numbers that are more attractive or personalized compared to standard numbers.

Ans: Go to the Fancy Portal. Login into the system, select "Fancy/Choice Number" choose your state and RTO, and view the available fancy numbers.

Ans: The registration fee varies by state and is Non-refundable.

Ans: There are two options to get Fancy Number. One is through eAuction and the other Fist-Cum-First-Served (FCFS). These options varies from State to State. For getting number through eAuction, applicant has to participate in bidding process on portal. Another, Offline process at RTO is also available in some states. RTO officer directly assigns the number.

Ans: If you do not win the auction, Bidding amount will be refunded. Certain state has carry forward option in case of single participant.

Ans: You can pay the remaining balance online through the portal.

Ans: Although refund status lies with Bank BUT on fancy portal whether the bank is informed about the refund or not , can be checked.

Ans: No, Registration fee is non-refundable.

Ans: Payment Status can be checked using “Payment Status” Option on Fancy Portal under “Payment Related” option.

Ans: Check your payment Status. If pending the try to get the latest status by using option “Verify Pending transaction“ after logging-in into the system.

Ans: Contact to Bank/RTO as Information to Bank for refund is pushed to bank (in case of automatic refund) and to respective RTO (in case of manual refund). Then refund process will be done by Bank or RTO accordingly. Status about pushing the information to Bank or RTO can be checked on Portal.

Ans: De-register from portal and Sign-up again then try again.

Ans: First Create Sign-up on Fancy portal, then Register yourself for participating in bidding process. After successful registration, select the number for which bidding is to be placed and participate further.
