To ensure transparency, authenticity, and successful issuance of the Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC), all PUC Centres are required to strictly adhere to the following guidelines during the testing process:

The video captured during the PUC testing process must clearly record and display the following:
Failure to comply with any of the above requirements, or submission of a video that does not clearly capture the mandatory details, may result in rejection of the video recording. In such cases, the PUC testing process may be required to be re-initiated from the beginning, and a fresh video recording shall be captured in accordance with the prescribed guidelines.
All PUC Centres are advised to ensure strict adherence to these instructions to avoid rejection of the PUC test process and inconvenience to vehicle owners.
